May 14, 2020 12:01 AM. There’s a television show worth watching as the coronavirus recession bears down on us. From 2007 to 2014, Fox aired Kitchen Nightmares, a restaurant-turnaround drama Kitchen Nightmares, known for bringing in Ramsay to help revamp struggling restaurants, is celebrating its 8th season by hosting an exclusive -- and free -- experience for television enthusiasts. Gordon Ramsay is the worst part of Kitchen Nightmares I like the concept of the show so much, seeing various restaurants that are struggling for whatever reason, and trying to help them improve. It's painfully obvious though that the point is to entertain the viewer more than actually help the restaurants. Gordon Ramsay reigns over ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ the reality competition series. We see eighteen aspiring chefs, who are divided into groups of two. Ramsay gives them numerous cooking challenges, and they have to attempt to win the grand prize. Over the seasons, the show’s only grown more popular with Ramsay’s antics, and the celebrity chef The biggest problem the US version has isn't the cheap music, the forced drama, or the impossibly stupid owners. It's the fact that 90% of the episodes are the same. The rare exceptions - ABC, Burger Kitchen, the one with the Twins - make fun and silly television, but besides maybe a Top 5 or 10 episodes they all follow the exact formula. Kitchen Nightmares, like all reality TV, is heavily edited. Yes we see them blowing up but context could very well be omitted. It's well documented that there is intentional sabotage on the show, either in the form of the production team creating drama and slowing down the kitchen, or real life customers who want to be on TV and intentionally k9Z8.
